The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter will be going to the 4th grade this year. He will be attending a new school and looks forward to building some new friendships. Carter has grown over the summer and can not fit into any of his clothes from last year. He would like to shopping for everything he needs for the new year.
