A Glowing Costume for Jessy to wear trick or treating

Jessy would really like to be a glow in the dark skeleton for Halloween. Jessy knew he wanted to be something spooky so when he browsed through the costumes online at the Disney store with the help of his social worker he was able to find just the right costume for him. He can't wait to glow in the dark. Jessy even says he's going to wear his costume to bed to scare away the bad dreams.
Jesse is 10 years old and lives in CA
Jesse is a shy young man who is currently in foster care. Jesse has had a difficult time adjusting to online school this past year and welcomes his summer break. Jessy although shy at first does does better with social interaction. Jesse would like to return to in person school for the new school year. He enjoys playing kickball with friends.

"Hey Jesse, I just moved from Sydney, Australia (on the other side of the world), to America. This year is my first ever Halloween, as we don't get to celebrate it in my country. I am SO excited! I love reading spooky stories and putting up decorations in my new home. But I have to be careful, as even though I am 29 years old, I am still afraid of the dark!
