She loves spending time with her sister and hanging out with friends. Kacie works full time and is on a tight budget. However, she loves spending her weekends watching movies, eating ice cream, shopping, and listening to music.
Kacie wishes for a Tracfone to help her stay in touch with her siblings. She misses them so much, and having more contact with them will be such a relief. She wants to have a strong bond with her siblings for life and right now while they are separated in different homes, she is worried they'll lose touch. This new phone will bring Kacie comfort and security in her foster home.
