Mandy wishes for a beanie and scarf set so she can head out in the cold this winter. This will keep her warm and cozy and allow her to play outside. She will also wear this to school and she will really appreciate this on cold mornings.
Mandy is 10 years old and lives in NC
Mandy is a sweet, bubbly little girl that loves having her sisters with her in foster care. She really looks up to her older sisters and is always following behind them. Mandy enjoys baby dolls, cartoons, and loves to use her imagination. The family cat is her absolute favorite, and she might just try and play dress-up with them!
