Carter has moved quite a bit since entering foster care when he was a baby, but he remains upbeat. He is very pleasant and joy to be around. He enjoys playing video games in his spare time but has not received new games in quite some time. He would be overjoyed to pick out some new fun games to play as he gets adjusted to his new environment!
