Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby is so excited Easter is coming and she’s hoping she’s been good enough for the Easter Bunny to drop off a sweet little Easter basket. This will make her the happiest little girl ever on this special holiday.
