Shatavia looks forward to summer camp every year. She works best on a set schedule, and she also loves the fact that she will go on weekly field trips. She loves to experience the new places that she visits on her weekly field trips. This wish will give Shatavia another great experience of a fun, educational summer. Please note this is 1 of 2 wishes to get Shatavia to camp this summer.

Shatavia is a sweet, kind, funny and compassionate girl. She works very hard at school and given the right learning environment she has done very well without behavioral issues. She is easy to get along with for the most part; however she is a typical teenager and can talk back at times. She is motivated and enjoys a setting where her hard work is rewarded. She loves pets, music, arts and crafts. She enjoys spending time with her peers and gets along well with them.

"Shatavia- I’m so excited for you!! I went to camp as a kid, became a camp counselor, met my future husband at camp. We had 3 girls which we went to the same camp. I can still remember the camp song….and I’m 60! Have the best time. And remember the object is to laugh - and if you laugh so hard juice comes out your nose ever better! "
