Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a Barbie pool play set to have a blast with her dolls this summer. This will allow her to use her imitation and take her Barbie's swimming. She really enjoys her dolls and this will bring her hours of fun.
