Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a Barbie Dreamtopia doll to dress up and play with. This doll comes with several outfits that Libby will enjoy changing out. She loves playing with Barbies and this wish will give her hours of fun playtime.
