Foster Parent Association of WilkesTray is a sweet boy who has been through a lot in his short life. He has already undergone heart surgery, eats through a G-tube, and is learning how to eat. It looks like he will be in long-term foster care placement. He is starting to make progress and show much improvement because of the commitment and dedication his foster family has shown. He loves being talked to, cuddling his silky blanket, and being rocked.
Tray wishes for a cute “Get Your Fish On” shorts outfit to help him feel cool and comfortable. This will give him a fun play outfit to wear this summer. With this wish he will be able to have fun in the sun all summer long.
