Carter is going to 5th grade this year. He likes to go to school looking fresh everyday. He would like a new pair of tennis shoes to go with his new school clothes. He wants to go to Footlocker to purchase his new shoes. He will be so excited to get a fun new pair of shoes.
Carter is 13 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
