Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a beautiful pair of Frozen sneakers because she loves princesses. She enjoys pretending to be a princess and loves showing off her princess powers. This pair of sneakers will light up her smile and give her exactly what she needs for day to day play.
