Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a Harvest Sunflower dress to wear this fall. This will match her sisters and help her feel beautiful inside and out. This lovely dress will help her feel like dancing and twirling. It will bring her so much joy because she loves dressing up.
