Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a fashionable blue jean jacket to match her little apple wardrobe. She feels so special dressing up and looking awesome. This will give her a great jacket for Fall to help her feel her best.
