Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a pumpkin outfit to help her look stylish this fall. This will help her feel fashionable and seasonable. She will enjoy being ready for Halloween and celebrating the season. Libby loves dressing up and feeling beautiful.
