Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a cute black cat Sherpa Jacket to wear for Halloween. This will help her be ready for Halloween and trick or treat. This will keep her cozy and warm and she will be able to continue to wear this during the fall. She can't wait to get this jacket, and stay warm all year long.
