Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a fancy black dress coat to wear with her dresses and dress clothes. This will enable her to wear her pretty dresses in cold weather. She loves dressing up and it’s important to her to look pretty. This will help this stylish little lady to look and be her best.
