Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wants to play in the snow so bad. She can hardly wait! She wishes for a warm snow set so she will be prepared to have a snowball fight. This water resistant set will keep her dry and have her ready to play. This includes snow bibs and matching overcoat.
