Julie will be turning ten this year! The big one, zero! She cannot wait to be turning double digits, as she says. She’s never really had a birthday party because it usually gets lumped together with Halloween. This year, Julie wants to throw a big Halloween-inspired birthday bash and will be inviting her entire class to the party.
