Neemar is an active and happy teen who is working through some behavioral challenges. Neemar is currently in foster care and has also spent time in a shelter placement. Neemar currently has a goal of Independent Living , Neemar will be in his junior year this coming fall and will be participating in the school basketball program. Neemar is an aspiring rapper and landscaper. He enjoys making music, fashion, and Roblox. Neemar also loves to hang out with his friends.

Neemar is extremely creative and artistic. He can use his iPad features accompanied with a pen to design clothing as he aspires to design a streetwear line and own/manage a clothing business. Neemar can also use this iPad pen to complete his daily schoolwork.
