Billie is a very smart and motivated young lady. She is college bound and accomplishing her goals to the best of her ability. She is a little behind on school due to her missing a year, but that doesn't stop her from taking AP classes and getting good grades. Billie has hobbies that include playing the violin, cooking, building puzzles, and playing with her cat.

Billie loves to read books and learn. It especially makes her happy to dive into a fantasy world and escape the world of foster care. A gift card to Bookman's bookstore would allow Billie to buy herself some books. She would be overjoyed if this wish was granted.
