Estrella is living in a home with other youth, but continues to excel in school and maintain a great attitude. She left Los Angeles to stay away from trouble and start a new life. She loves singing, and is a great mentor to her peers and youth younger than her who are trying to navigate the foster care system. She is a bis siter to many foster youth!

Estrella lives in a group setting and she has been taking extra care of her mental health. She spends much of her time mentoring other foster youth. She is really great at taking others under her wing and is trying to focus on improving her mental health. She is asking for a camera so she can begin taking professional photos. She typically uses her cell phone and would love something nicer. Where she lives on campus has lots of greenery and vegetation that inspires her and helps calm her. With a camera she will be able to take photos of the beauty she sees outdoors.
