Dawn is a force to be reckoned with. Dawn entered care at 11 years old after losing her mom and sibling to a house fire. Through the adversity, Dawn has accelerated in life. At 15, she found her forever family and was adopted. Over the years, Dawn became active in sports to find a place to let out her anger in healthy ways. Dawn became active in football, wrestling, track and field, and taekwondo. Most recently, Dawn was invited to the state championship for wrestling. Dawn takes her education and natural ability to be a leader outside of sports seriously. She is actively engaged in culinary vocational school while being a standard high school student.

Dawn is in her first year of college and has worked hard to become a college athlete. Balancing her full-time classes and athletic commitments often leaves her busy, which makes it challenging to find time for meals. Her practice schedule starts before the campus dining hall opens for dinner and ends after it closes. As a result, Dawn has been buying convenient meals to eat on the go, but this has become expensive. She is looking for support to help purchase groceries for the days she has practice. This request is broken into two parts. This is wish 1 of 2.
