Foster Parent Association of WilkesSummer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
Summer wishes for a set of shelves because she wants to decorate her bedroom walls. This will give her a place to disply some of her special items. She will enjoy decorating and personalizing her room.
