Chloe and her sister entered the foster care system after their mother abandoned them with a friend and later lost custody due to substance and alcohol abuse in the home. Throughout their experiences, Chloe has always looked out for her sister, prioritizing her safety as they share a strong bond. Despite the challenges they have faced, Chloe remains a happy, bright-eyed little girl with big dreams for the future.

Chloe has a deep love for mermaids! She enjoys swimming and often dreams of having her very own tail to glide through the water like one. Recently, she got her first brand-new bed, and she believes that if she tops it with mermaid bedding, she’ll have the sweetest dreams.
