She is so happy to be in a stable home, and her grandma is doing her best to make sure that Alayla's emotional and developmental needs are met. It seems less likely recently that she will ever have the chance to go back with her mom, and Alayla is hoping for permanency.
Alayla would love some cool water painting activities to do at home. These also work well on the go since it is painting with water. Since she has to wait for appointments with her grandmother and brother, it will keep her busy in waiting rooms or the car.
