Carter was recently removed from his mother's home and talks about how he forgot to take his favorite pajamas with him. He would love to have another set of Ninja Turtle pajamas to help him feel comforted in his new home.
Carter is 12 years old and lives in TX
Carter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
