Kyra wishes for a Laptop to help advance her education. It is so difficult to use public computers to successfully complete assignments the way she would like. Having a laptop of her own would allow Kyra to do more research, make better grades, and keep closer birth family connections.
Kyra is 21 years old and lives in NC
Kyra is a young lady that has come a long way since coming into care. She was placed with her sister. She has made great gains with her behaviors and her family is very proud. She has difficulty socializing and fitting in at times and continues to work on being more comfortable around others. She loves ice cream, cats, and the color pink. She has aged out of foster care but chooses to remain with her foster family.
