The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter had quite a rough start this school year. While trying to become acclimated to staying with his mother, he did not perform at his best in school which caused him to get behind in his school work. The enrichment camp will reinforce what Carter learned in school this year while also teaching him news things for the next year.
