The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter has come a very long way with reading. Although he is not quite on the reading level that he should be, he has improved tremendously. He would like to attend the Ready, Set, Read program this summer to help him get on the right reading level for next school year. The program is 4 weeks long so he will still have time to enjoy his summer vacation! Starting the next school year off on the right foot will boost Carter's confidence. He will be so proud of himself when he completes this program!
