Foster Parent Association of WilkesSummer loves to smile and be around her sisters. She is medically fragile and has lots of special needs, and it takes a very special family to care for her. Unfortunately, she has had many surgeries and medical needs due to the trauma and abuse she previously suffered. Summer has come so far since entering foster care, but still requires a constant high level of care and support.
Summer wishes for a pair of Birkenstock’s for her birthday because they are easy to put on and off. This will make wearing shoes easier for her special needs and allow her to put them on and off herself. This will make life easier and help her look awesome.
