Isla has been in and out of foster care her whole life, her parents were both deported when she was a baby. She has no extended family, and now resides with a foster family who is able to allow Isla to stay with them after she turns 18 so she can finish high school next year. She is loving her new high school, and has said that this school is her best experience at school so far. Isabella is excited to turn 18 in October and is looking forward to senior activities at school such as graduation photos, cap & gown ordering, senior night, and planning for spring prom. She wants to go to college next year and would like to study psychology!

Isla has grown tall over the last few months She is now very conscious of how she looks and suffers from low self-esteem. There is a pool at the Residential Treatment Facility, but it has previously been closed to COVID. The pool is now being opened and she will be able to swim for exercise. Isabella does not have a swim suit. Because of her current placement, she does not have the opportunity to go shopping locally, so she would like a gift card so she can look on line and find a swimsuit so she can participate in the use of the pool.
